Mission Trips:   

Desert Pines Baptist Association is pleased to announce that we will be breaking new ground with our 7th Annual Taiwan Trip. Our guests this year will be Arizona's own Contemporary Christian Band, ECHO TRIBE. The Taiwan Team and the ECHO TRIBE will be in Taiwan October 22-November 1, 2008.

We will be in Neipu and Jhutein Taiwan and we will be lending a hand to Mike and Sandi Haggard with their ministry. The band will perform at Universities and Colleges. We will be reaching the next generation of Taiwan. We are asking for your unceasing prayers, for unlike the past trips, where we had a small impacts in Satan's Territory, this year we will be directly in his face. We have the opportunity to reach the next generation, young people who are hungering for truth & hope, who are looking for the light in the darkness. These young men and women not only have the power to influence their peers but they also influence their mothers & fathers, brothers, sisters and their communities. What a better way to reach the people of Taiwan. Satan is going to be angry & on the prowl more than ever, 1 Peter 5:8.

The DPBA team will be holding yard sales at the associational office in Snowflake, May through September. We would greatly appreciate donations in clean and good working order, no personal care products please. It costs the team money to haul un-sellable items to the trash. All money donations are hugely appreciated and should be made out to Desert Pines Baptist Association with the memo stating Taiwan Mission Trip or you can follow the link and make a donation here.

Even though this one is filled. We have other Associations going to different parts of the World and we can get you in touch with them if you have a desire to go in 2008..
